According to this survey, a large majority of professionals fear the disruption caused by a possible <strong>second wave of COVID-19<\/strong> (73 %). Other risks to business continuity over the next 12 months include <strong>containment measures<\/strong> in the countries (67 %), the <strong>border restrictions<\/strong> international (57 %), but also the problems of <strong>mental health<\/strong> (17 %). \" <em>The issue of mental health, which could pose a significant risk to business resilience, was highlighted by the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/em> \"underlines Dr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/rencontre-biberson-international-sos-20180109.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Philippe Biberson<\/a>Regional Medical Director, Medical Services, Southern Europe, International SOS. \" <em>Teleworking, isolation and the stress of the unknown have had a negative impact on the psychological health of many employees. It is now essential to address this issue and offer employees confidential support to ensure their well-being.<\/em> \".<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>many companies do not yet seem to have drawn up a pandemic plan<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>International SOS is also warning companies that have not yet taken all the appropriate measures to deal with the crisis and prepare for the future in the best possible conditions. \" <em>Surprisingly, many companies do not yet seem to have developed a pandemic plan, even though the majority fear a second wave of COVID-19.<\/em> \"says Dr Philippe Biberson.
