Known as Hilton EventReady, this MICE version of the hotel group's health measures is designed to guarantee peace of mind for participants and event organisers alike.<\/p>\n<p>\" <em>In this \"new normal\", we are aware that the organisers and participants of an event, whatever its size, are concerned about their health and safety.<\/em>said Hilton CEO Chris Nassetta. <em><strong>Hilton EventReady<\/strong> offers innovative solutions for the entire event experience<\/em>. \" Physical separation in the layout of the rooms, adapted meal service and original menus, as well as environmentally-friendly solutions monitored by the Hilton LightStay CSR platform: the dedicated teams at the establishments take care of welcoming the participants in the best possible conditions.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, as part of the Hilton CleanStay initiative's enhanced disinfection standards, the Hilton EventReady programme includes new <strong>protocols adapted to meetings<\/strong>These include a sanitary checklist for the EventReady room. In addition, a seal will be affixed to the rooms after they have been cleaned, and disinfection stations will be available throughout the common areas and meeting rooms.<\/p>\n<p>At a time when the recovery is in its infancy, the hotel group is offering organisers <strong>great flexibility from booking to invoicing<\/strong>. This ranges from flexible pricing and different options for contractual terms and conditions to offers tailored to customer needs such as simplified agreements for smaller meetings. Last but not least, with digital being the order of the day, the hotel group has developed the Hilton EventReady guide, offering expert advice and tailored resources, particularly for hybrid events
