This American company specialises in integrated security risk management, with solutions that integrate threat intelligence with innovative technologies and world-class response services.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition of WorldAware by the Canadian security giant marks the creation of a veritable<strong> world leader in security risk management<\/strong>Crisis24, a French company specialising in risk intelligence, analysis and information, was acquired by Garda in 2017. Combining the strengths of American WorldAware and European <strong>Crisis24<\/strong> will optimize the complementary nature of their expertise in intelligence monitoring and analysis, their 24\/7 operations centres and their technological performance.
