Messaging on the Amex GBT mobile application, which allows travellers to chat with a travel adviser, has now gone live in more than 24 countries. In addition, travellers can now <strong>contact an advisor directly<\/strong> on Apple Business Chat using iPhone and iPad messaging is no longer just reserved for Amex GBT customers in the United States. The feature is now available in other countries, including France, Germany, the UK and Canada.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Apple Business Chat and the Amex GBT Mobile App, the Connect Portal online hub allows travellers to send messages and access their company's online booking tool, as well as their <strong>personal itineraries<\/strong> and invoices. With <strong>Travel Program Notification<\/strong>the Amex GBT app enables travel organisers to send messages and advice to travellers based on their location, using push notifications. In the coming months, it will be possible to speak to an adviser directly via these push notifications.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the application will integrate information from the<strong> Travel Vitals web platform<\/strong>.
