The measure was announced last Friday during a press conference by the Director General of the Prime Minister's Office. At 0:00, the country's access to all foreigners was blocked, <strong>including citizens of the Schengen area<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>There are a few exceptions, such as military convoys, diplomats and certain business trips. A humanitarian corridor for people transiting through Hungary also remains open. An<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/royaume-uni-quarantaine-20200818.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> 14-day quarantine<\/a> for the few people returning to the country.<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere, the<strong>Ukraine bans foreign nationals from its territory from 28 August until 28 September<\/strong>. <strong>La<\/strong> <strong>Slovakia is also offering French visitors a new range of around forty<\/strong> which can be lifted if the covid test is negative after five days. <strong>Denmark also closed its borders with France on 28 August.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>France, on the other hand, dodged a bullet in Poland. A tweet from the French ambassador in Warsaw indicated that <strong>the country was to ban flights from France from 2 September<\/strong>. Le <strong>Polish government<\/strong> finally changed his mind and <strong>grants a grace period until 15 September<\/strong>. On that date, Poland will again review the conditions for entry to its territory - as it has done regularly since the start of the pandemic.
