The travel experience offered on high-speed trains between Europe and the UK is now back to normal<\/strong>. Since 7 September, passengers have been able to enjoy a full range of on-board catering services. Eurostar<\/a>. This development, which was limited for a time due to the pandemic, has now been added to the reopening of the trade fairs in August.<\/p>\n

Standard economy class, Caf\u00e9 M\u00e9tropole is back<\/strong> and offers passengers a wide choice of selected drinks and dishes. As Covid requires, payment by card is recommended to avoid any contact with cash.<\/p>\n

For the Standard Premier and Business Premier<\/a>As in previous years, a three-course meal prepared in collaboration with the Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc<\/a>. A number of changes have also been made to reduce contact during the meal service: side dishes such as theaad and pastries are served in packaging that is easy to clean and disinfect.<\/strong> and the lids remain on the dishes, with menus soon to be available online using a QR code. For the time being, the menus are printed on single-use paper.<\/p>\n

Antibacterial wipes and hydro-alcoholic gel are also available for travellers, masked as de rigueur<\/a>.
