At the crossroads of sobriety German and French art, the 25hours Hotel Das Tour has opened its doors in Düsseldorf. It is housed in a former goods depot in the Central District, The hotel has 198 rooms, from the 2nd to the 15th floor, 24 of which have balconies and baths.. The rooms are also equipped with the brand's usual amenities, such as organic cosmetics, a minibar, a Bluetooth speaker and free Wi-Fi.
All the rooms were designed by Erik Nissen Johansen from the Swedish agency Stylt Trampoli. Guests at 25hours can find record players, Polaroid cameras and typewriters in a vintage atmosphere. For the most dynamic business travellers, 25hours has converted part of the 14th arrondissement into a sports hall in the colours of the Tour de France. And to keep with the cycling theme, business travellers can also cycle to their meetings, the establishment providing monovitesses by Berlin-based manufacturer Schindelhauer. After the effort, the comfort: a Spa is also available to hotel guests.
A French-style bar-restaurant
The top two floors of the building are home to 'Le Club de Paris'. As its name suggests, this bar-restaurant created by restaurateur Rainer Wendt and barman Joerg Meyer was designed in the French style. The mixologist serves cocktails based on French fruit brandies in a Parisian workshop atmosphere.. And to add to the light-hearted ambience of this establishment, a shop called the 'Kiosk' sells books, magazines, cosmetics and even flowers.
