Not far from the first Four Seasons, located in the SoMa districtThe new luxury hotel is close to the headquarters of many international companies, the luxury boutiques of Union Square and the twice-weekly local farmers' markets held in The Embarcadero's landmark Ferry Building.
Like the group's other hotels, it offers the Lead With Care health programme, and the new establishment dominates this seafront district from the top 11 floors of the 48-storey 345 California Center. While working in a hotel is becoming increasingly popular, the 155 rooms and suites have been designed to be flexible. Arranged like studios, the two-bedroom Embarcadero Suites, for example, make it possible toset up two offices and organise meetings between colleagues.

While the hotel already has a fitness centre, next year it will add a restaurant and a Sky Deck on the 40th floor, which will host pop-ups and other events.
