La Adagio brand will be rolling out a new flat concept that breaks away from the often austere appearance of long-stay accommodation to offer a warm and functional experience. Unveiled at the end of 2020 at the Adagio Paris Bercy Village, this concept, which accompanies the development and modernisation of the brand, has been designed in collaboration with interior architect Didier Versavel, with the aim of creating a place where "you can relax and enjoy yourself". living well in a constrained space ".
Fluidity, freedom, functionality, friendliness: the spirit of the new flats, which will be deployed in all future Adagio developments, is built around four pillars. This new concept plays with space to delimit rooms without partitioning them. This is achieved through the use of visual architectural perspectives that avoid the feeling of enclosure, for example by playing with colours and lighting effects to give character to the space.
An atmosphere "just like home", a place of refuge but which is also based on the brand's urban identity: through its flats, Adagio aims to offer a reassuring acceptance of the city. Functionality, typical of long-stay accommodation, is also the order of the day, with intelligent storage and modular furniture.
With this in mind, Didier Versavel and Ligne Roset have designed a daybed specially designed for Adagio flats. " The model was born at the same time as the foundations of the concept were being laid "explains the interior designer. Both an occasional bed and a sofa, this 100% made in France daybed created by the designer furniture publisher can be upholstered in two types of top-of-the-range fabric - imitation leather and Fortezza fabric - all in the cosy, warm colours of the new concept.
