Like many players in the MICE segment, Hilton is responding to the growing demand for meetings and events in hybrid formats. The American group has just announced the deployment of a global programme dedicated to this new trend, with a series of offers called Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions.
The first deployments of Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions will begin rolling out globally in January, enabling organisers to identify hotels in the network that are suitable for hosting small hybrid events. Having undergone an evaluation of their bandwidth and IT infrastructure, the hotels selected guarantee flawless connectivity, both within the hotel and to participants connected remotely.
At the same time, hotels will have access to training to enhance their teams' hybrid event skills. Hilton also intends to make it easier to organise events taking place in several of the group's establishments with multi-site offers and express agreements, all to ensure a smoother contractual phase.
In terms of technology, the supplier Encore - formerly PSAV - will be providing participating hotels with a number of modules designed to meet their specific needs. small hybrid events. In addition to this, the Presentation Stages solution is dedicated to larger hybrid events with two to six presenters and up to 50 physical visitors in addition to the online audience. Integrating broadcasting technologies and staging equipment, Presentation Stages is available in a range of streamlined spaces pre-designed for produce, record and/or broadcast an event high quality.
At present, several hotels in the United States are offering this event technology for reservations - for example, the Hilton Atlanta, Denver and Anatole and the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, with other hotels in Cleveland, Minneapolis, New York and Washington in the pipeline. By the end of the year, Europe, the Middle East and Africa should also see some of the Group's establishments deploy this type of solution.
