In the summer of 2022, this Brutalist tower located near the Botanical Gardens and Place Rogier will house 198 rooms with decor inspired by its original setting in the 1970s. The hotel will also feature a restaurant and a rooftop bar/terrace. On the business side, Working_From will occupy five floors of the building, with open-plan offices, studios, break-out areas and shared kitchens on each floor. The hotel will also have its own meeting and event space, The Apartment.

In Berlin, the brand is located within the walls of the former Mark Hotel, repositioned in lifestyle combining 239 rooms of various sizes, a bar and restaurant, as well as The Apartment meeting and event space. Located in Charlottenburg, West Berlin, the new hotel is due to open in summer 2022.
Later that year, in winter, Hoxton added a fourth London addressits home town. This time, the brand has not chosen the east of the British capital as for its previous hotels, but will be moving to the west, on Shepherd's Bush Green, not far from Portobello Road.
