These hotels are part of the country's "Sublime Côte d'Ivoire" tourism strategy and will enhance the diversity of the country's hotel offer by playing on several niches. In 2022, Maison Albar will be built on an artificial island in the Ebrié lagoon, a project developed in association with Société des Palaces de Cocody. A futuristic project in a heavenly location for a Maison appropriately named Le Jardin d'Eden.
Another lush setting close to the Ivorian capital, Île Boulay, will see the arrival in 2023 of a luxury lodge, Maison Albar Natural Resort, with a friendly, sustainable concept. Finally, in 2025, the group will be based in the Plateau, Abidjan's major business districtA five-star hotel with around a hundred rooms, a bistronomic restaurant and a spa.
These developments contribute to theinternational expansion of its parent company, the Centaurus group, founded last year and an offshoot of the Paris Inn Group launched in 2005. Its offer now includes around ten restaurants and 35 hotels, most of them in France, notably in Paris with the Maison Albar Champs-Elysées, but also in Nîmes with the Imperator. Its presence in France will be strengthened by the opening in early 2022 of Maison Albar Le Victoria in NiceThis will be followed by a hotel in Chamonix, Le Couttet, and another in Colmar, Le Chasseur, both planned for 2024.
At the same time, the Maison Albar collection was already represented abroad with the Monumental Palace in Porto and two hotels in Chinain Chengdu and Guiyang. A country where two new hotels are due to open shortly, in Changsha and Guangzhou.
