Thanks to this link to the Frankfurt hub, Rennes will benefit from connections to 150 international business and leisure destinations to the rest of the world.

Europe in focus
Rennes is part of a rich programme of new services planned for the summer 2022 season. Lufthansa has just revealed that it will operate 160 lines in Europe; that it will also be launching a new link to the United States. And that it rits intercontinental hub in Munich.
In Europe, Lufthansa will offer from Frankfurt new flights to Stavanger (Norway), Liverpool and now Rennes. A MunichThe airline will mainly offer leisure destinations around the Mediterranean. St Louis, a novelty in the United States
On the intercontinental front, Lufthansa will launch in June from Frankfurt a regular service to St Louis in Missouri. It will be the first continental European airline to serve this American metropolis in 20 years. The new long-haul leisure subsidiary Eurowings Discovery will also offer flights to Panama, Malé in the Maldives as well as Kilimanjaro (Tanzania) and Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe).
In Munich, the carrier is expanding its long-haul network. Lufthansa is thus resuming its non-stop service on Bangkok and offers new connections to San Diego in the United States and to Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. The airline will also be putting four Airbus A350-900s into service at its Bavarian hub. These will be 21 A350-900s to operate the intercontinental network from Munich in summer 2022.
