Air Canada has announced a denser summer timetable for 2022 by restoring 34 international transatlantic and transpacific routes.
From 2 March, the airline will be restoring its non-stop flights between Toronto and Tel Aviv, Paris, Tokyo and Amsterdam. This will be followed in May by seasonal summer services to Barcelona, Lisbon, Milan and Vienna. All in all, 16 towns around the world regain their links with TorontoAir Canada's main hub.
At the same time, the carrier is re-establishing other flight services from Montréal. These include Algiers and Casablanca in North Africa, but also Nice, Milan, Rome, Tel Aviv or even Tokyo. Air Canada is also restoring 90 % of its pre-pandemic North American capacity this summer. The links will be inaugurated gradually between the end of April and the end of June.
