Adagio: coliving for business groups

The Adagio aparthotel brand has inaugurated its first Coliving flat, designed specifically for business groups, with a communal area conducive to work and conviviality and rooms designed as intimate bubbles.

The project was already in the pipeline for a year nowAdagio has unveiled its Coliving flat concept at Adagio Paris Bercy. The long-stay brand is interpreting this new social trend not as a communal accommodation solution for customers from different backgrounds, but as a way of creating a place for people to live together. for groups of friends or work colleagues with flats for up to 12 people.

The aparthotel chain, a subsidiary of Accor and Pierre & Vacances, turned to the Numéro 111 studio to create this architectural concept, based on a modern, urban design that blends styles and influences, playing on both intimacy and conviviality. In terms of accommodation, the Coliving by Adagio flat has 4 to 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms and WCs, as well as storage and a personal workspace. With their oak furniture in warm colours, theses bubbles of intimacy so travellers can isolate themselves from their colleagues when the time comes.

However, the uniqueness of this concept also lies, above all, in its user-friendliness, with a spacious hub where you can come together as a community. The nerve centre of the flat, this open-plan space is designed for the different uses of daily life, with two areas separated, but not partitioned, by a large open bookcase. While in the Leisure configuration, the flat is organised on one side around a large fully-equipped kitchen and a recreational area in the living room, the Business configuration is obviously better suited to studious use.

For example, the large high table in the kitchen, equipped with sockets for computers, is used as thegroup workspaceThe TV in the living room allows you to watch presentations on the big screen. A living room whose comfortable centrepiece is the Togo sofa from Ligne Roset. A leather sofa with a timeless design, accompanied by armchairs and footrests for relaxation. It's worth noting that the decorative accessories and tableware on offer in the flats are the product of Adagio's recent partnership with Monoprix and its Monoprix Maison range.
