Owned by the ADP Group and opened under a long-term lease, this new complex is located in the airport area and benefits from a free shuttle service for a 7-minute journey to terminals 1, 2 and 3 at Charles de Gaulle airport, in addition to the proximity of the RER and TGV stations. The hotels are also just a 10-minute drive from the Villepinte convention centre and Paris-Le Bourget airport.
With a total of 335 rooms, this dual-brand development integrates a Courtyard by Marriott of 229 rooms and a Residence Inn in 90 studios and 16 one-bedroom suitesAll have kitchens. A self-service laundry room is also available. Guests can also take advantage of shared facilities, including a bar and restaurant, a fitness room and a 50-space car park equipped with four electric recharging points. The complex also has seven meeting rooms for a 212 m² event space.
