Univ'Airplus 2022: an event to reflect on the challenges of CSR

"Do you have to choose between travelling and doing something for the planet? The theme of the 16th edition of Univ'AirPlus, to be held on 8 September at the Jardin d'Acclimatation, is a key concern for companies.

The traditional back-to-school event for the world of business travel, the 16th edition of Univ'AirPlus will be held on 8 September at the Jardin d'Acclimatation. And for the occasion, the corporate payment solutions specialist's customers and partners will be able to get together again after a virtual 2021 edition, given the uncertainties linked to the pandemic. Against a backdrop of gradual recovery, the latest edition of Univ'AirPlus was devoted to 'better travel', approached from three angles: the digitalisation of travel, duty of care and CSR.

This year, this theme, which is increasingly topical for companies, will be based around a central question: "What is the best way to ensure that your business is successful? Travelling or doing something for the planet, do you have to choose? " " Time is running outnotes Julie Troussicot, Managing Director of AirPlus France. Climate issues are forcing companies to accelerate the decarbonisation of their business travel. By travelling less? Yes, the question deserves to be asked, without taboos. By travelling more efficiently? Yes, the levers exist, but they still need to be activated, again without taboos. " .

AirPlus is offering its customers the chance to go beyond the efforts they have already made". for transform their organisations to meet the challenges of CSR" The aim of this summer university is to highlight the challenges facing businesses and the arguments in favour of a radical overhaul of travel policies.

Hosted by François-Xavier Izenic, and organised around keynotes, interviews and debates, this year's event will feature contributions from recognised experts and leaders, working together on the the chance to travel even further and help the planet at the same time. AirPlus will be unveiling a detailed programme shortly.
