Eklo to open its tenth hotel in Montpellier in June 2023This is the latest in a long line of new products, continuing the expansion of this economical, ecological and lifestyle brand. And indeed, three new establishments are expected this year, à Paris CDG and Lyon at the end of the year, and in Toulouse from next June, in a building that could not be more eco-responsible, since it is part of an innovative wooden building, the Wood'Art tower.
For its second address in another key city in the Occitanie region, Eklo will be converting an office building into a hotel ideally located for business and leisure travellers. This project is part of renewal of the area around Saint Roch stationThis historic district is undergoing a complete transformation.
In this context, Eklo sticks to its low-carbon strategyThe refurbishment of the site will follow a virtuous process. Located in the city centre, close to Place de la Comédie, the hotel will offer 110 rooms ranging from 10 to 25 m2, large communal areas designed by Studio Janréji, a restaurant and bar, a meeting area, as well as a patio and terrace.
Eklo has set itself a target of forty hotels within 10 years, and further developments are expected in France's main cities, starting with Paris, at the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre.
