
Notilus, the provider of travel and expense management solutions, will soon be in the hands of Cegid. The group founded in 1983 by Jean-Michel Aulas has announced the forthcoming acquisition of the DIMO Software group subsidiaryNotilus T&E and Notilus InOne, solutions for managing expense accounts and travel in the private and public sectors, and Notilus YourWay, for managing vehicle fleets.
Cegid, known for its ERP and accounting and payroll tools and one of France's leading management software publishers, is to add the Travel & Expense brickNotilus is the first to offer its existing and future customers a T&E tool that is directly integrated into its solutions. Among its 1,000 customers, Notilus counts SMEs and ETIs, as well as large companies such as Casino, Groupama, Groupe ADP, Legrand and Stellantis. A total of two million users.
The aim of this acquisition and integration by Cegid is not only to broaden its product portfolio, but also to accelerate the development of Notilus and SaaS sales, both in France and internationally.
