Still little known in France, Novum Hospitality is undergoing remarkable expansion. The hospitality group manages 120 establishments - hotels and hotel residences - representing 16,000 rooms. Nine new hotels joined the group in the first half of 2022.

23 hotels with 3,625 rooms have the Select Hotel labelThese are more classic in design and are particularly well-suited to the high street segment. MICE. A Select Hotel recently opened in Mönchengladbach, near Düsseldorf, while another Select Hotel will open in August in Augsburg in Bavaria.
But the company is investing particularly in the development of its new lifestyle channel, the niu. In the space of just three years, this highly contemporary design has become the Group's leading brand with 38 establishments, representing some 7,800 rooms. It is currently seeing the highest number of openings.
Four new the niu establishments opened in the first half of the year: the niu Flash in Berlin, the niu Mill in Cologne, the niu Seven in Düsseldorf and the niu Yen in Hamburg. The niu is present in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and the UK.
In the second half of the year, Novum Hospitality will open two more of the brand's establishments : the niu Amity in Potsdam and the niu Hub in Düsseldorf. Konstanz and Karlsruhe should follow in 2023...

Visits to hotel residences
Novum Hospitality is also interested in the development of hotel residences under its acora Living the City brand. The brand took off this year and is already present in five German business metropolises. Bremen, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Leipzig and Berlinits most recent opening. Two more acora are planned for the second half of the year, north of Düsseldorf and in Heidelberg..
The Group is finally developing a new lifestyle brand, Yggotel. Inspired by Scandinavia - Yggotel is a contraction of Hygge +Eco +Hotel - the first establishment has opened its doors at Berlin in April. A second one is already being prepared in the German capital. Five more Yggotel are already planned for 2023 in Cologne, Essen, Hamburg and Mannheim..
In addition to new openings in Germany, the hotel group positions itself internationally. In particular throughfranchise agreements with other hotel groupsas Accor or IHG. This year, Novum Hospitality opened an Ibis Style in Arnhem in the Netherlands and the Holiday Inn Barcelona Sant Cugat.
