The Radisson brand lands at Nice airport

At Nice airport, the Radisson group is now offering a hotel under the top-of-the-range Radisson brand. Just renovated, this 151-room establishment has six rooms equipped for hybrid meetings.

The Radisson group is swapping one of its brands for another at Nice airport. The former Park Inn, positioned in the mid-range segment, has become a Radisson hotel following a major renovation to raise the level of its offering and adapt the site to sustainable standards, with the establishment hoping to soon receive Green Key certification. This transformation will enable the top-of-the-range Radisson brand to enter the French marketThe group's offering in France consists almost exclusively of superior Radisson Blu hotels, including one in Nice on the Promenade des Anglais.

The new Radisson Hotel Nice Aéroport is just a few hundred metres from the Côte d'Azur hub's terminal. An ideal location for business travellersespecially as the hotel will soon be next door to the the city's future conference centreThis is expected to happen by 2025 in the fast-changing business district of the Arénas and Eco-Valley.

This 151-room and suite hotel is set in an exceptional environment and boasts the following facilitiesalmost 400 m² of meeting spaceThese are divided into six rooms, all equipped with environmentally-friendly air conditioning and state-of-the-art equipment for hybrid meetings. What's more, to make the most of the sunshine or Mediterranean evenings, an outdoor area can be reserved for private events for up to 50 people.

The hotel's design reflects the Scandinavian origins of the hotel group, but it also offers its guests pleasant moments of relaxation, with an outdoor swimming pool lined with sun loungers, a fitness room and an outdoor bar. In fine weather, guests can also outdoor dining by the poolon the large terrace adjoining the L'Azur restaurant.

This new restaurant in the hotel is run by a chef, Gaëtan Debes, who has worked in the kitchens of the two-starred restaurant at the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes, La Palme d'Or. His menu features Mediterranean flavours with local ingredients, plus charcuterie and cheese platters, as well as vegetarian and vegan options.
