Maison Delano Paris (February)
American-born luxury and lifestyle brand Delano, now part of the Accor group, is coming to Paris. For the occasion, the intimate version of its concept, called Maison Delano, which will set up at the beginning of the year on rue d'Anjou, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.e arrondissement. The establishment revisits a former 18th-century town house.e century building into a sophisticated urban cocoon with 56 rooms, including 19 suites. Also on the programme are a cocktail bar and a Franco-Andalusian restaurant, La Chambre Bleue, designed by three-star Spanish chef Dani García and featuring a vast terrace in the building's courtyard.
Zoku (March)
Already present in Amsterdam, but also in Copenhagen and Vienna, the long-stay brand Zoku will make its debut in Paris in the first quarter of 2023. Its innovative concept, based on loft rooms with modular furniture, will be installed on the top floors of the Stream Building, a sustainable mixed-use building located opposite the new courthouse in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.e arrondissement. In addition to 109 lofts, Zoku Paris will use the rooftop of the building a vast "social space with a bar and restaurant, coworking facilities, meeting rooms and event spaces, all extended in fine weather by a large terrace.
Château des Fleurs (March)

CitizenM Paris Opéra (spring)
And that's five for citizenM. The lifestyle brand's budget hotels in Paris will soon be able to be counted on the fingers of one hand with the opening of CitizenM Paris Opéra, expected in the spring. After Paris CDG, La Défense, Gare de Lyon and the Champs-ElyséesThe brand is completing its network of hotels in the heart of the capital, on rue du Croissant, near the Sentier district. The hotel will stand out not only for its size - just 84 rooms - but also for its two meeting rooms and its contemporary décor, in which artist Amélie Bertrand will be taking part.
Domaine de la Reine Margot - MGallery, Issy-les-Moulineaux (mid-2023)
Marguerite de Valois, Henri IV's first wife, lived here in her time at the beginning of the 17th century.e century, fleeing the plague in Paris. One of the most charming boutique hotels in Vieux Lyon, La Cour des Loges, is about to enjoy a new lease of life as part of the luxury brand. Radisson Collection. Reunion of historic buildings Dating from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, the hotel is organised around an old-fashioned courtyard topped by a 17-metre glass roof. This summer, Mama Shelter will open its tenth hotel in France, in Dijon, marking the start of its expansion into the country's secondary towns. The opening of a hotel affiliated to the Curio Collection by the Hilton group completes the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin, inaugurated last year in the heart of the historic capital of the Dukes of Burgundy. Dijon's Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin is a new tourist attraction, and several other major towns in the region are responding by opening their own Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne. Californian group Mirabel Hotel has teamed up with a venerable Burgundy wine house, Joseph Drouhin, to create an intimate boutique hotel in the heart of Beaune, a stone's throw from the famous hospices. A "family home" with 14 bedrooms and 2 suites housed in a historic town centre residence dating, as the name suggests, from 1896. Wine and gastronomy will naturally take pride of place in this luxury cocoon, with a table, The Slanted Door Beaune, designed by the American chef Charles Phan, revisiting Vietnamese cuisine using local ingredients. As for the cellar, the great vintages of Burgundy, as well as wines from the Rhône Valley and Champagne, will be on offer according to a selection put together by Mark Bright, Wine Director of Saison Hospitality in San Francisco.

Mama Shelter Rennes (March 2023)
Mama Shelter sets up its trendy hotel business in the heart of RennesThe hotel is part of a new urban complex that is set to become a focal point of the Breton metropolis. Comprising four listed buildings adjacent to the Place des Lices, the site is organised around a square where passers-by can stroll or enjoy a drink on the terrace of the hotel's cocktail bar. The hotel will have 119 rooms, a restaurant, a swimming pool, several karaoke rooms and a bar.a rooftop bar, the first in Rennes. But the hotel is also ideal for business trips. Close to the Couvent des Jacobins conference centre and a twenty-minute walk from the train station, the Mama Shelter Rennes will offer five "workshops", i.e. modular spaces that can accommodate seminars and meetings as well as professional and private events.

More a passing of the torch than an opening. The prestigious Carlton hotel in Cannes is preparing to raise its offer even higher, moving from the already top-of-the-range InterContinental brand to the luxury brand Regent Hotelsboth part of the IHG group. Renovated over two years by interior designer Tristan Auer - already at work at the Crillon in Paris - the Côte d'Azur palace will see its elegance magnified in the spirit of haute couture. Featuring 332 rooms and 37 residences, the hotel embodies the new dynamic imparted to the luxury brand since its takeover by IHG in 2018.
Mondrian Cannes (March)
Bordeaux will probably not be the first to see the Mondrian brand appear in France. The first hotel of this luxury lifestyle brand, which originated in the United States and integrated into the Accor Groupis due to open in Cannes in March 2023, on the Croisette. The result of the transformation of the former Grand Hôtel Cannes, one of the city's first luxury addresses, the establishment is the only one to have its own gardens, extending over more than 4,000 m2.
