
Launched by Accor three years agolifestyle brand Tribe is continuing to expand with the addition of a tenth hotel, the third in the Paris region. After the Batignolles in 2020, followed by one in La Défense last year, a new Tribe opened in Saint-Ouen at the end of January. The hotel's surroundings reflect the brand's contemporary approach to affordable hotels, a neighbourhood in the throes of renewal with the transformation of the Docks de Saint Ouen into an eco-district, home to the headquarters of the Ile-de-France region since 2018, in addition to the famous Saint-Ouen flea market, a fifteen-minute walk from the hotel.
Located on boulevard Jean-Jaurès, just opposite the new Mairie de Saint-Ouen station served by lines 13 and 14, the Tribe Paris Saint-Ouen is easily accessible from the centre of the capital. Business travellers will find 112 rooms from 18 to 24.7 m², with a Smart TV clothes steamer, a Nespresso machine with vegetable and compostable capsules, and welcome products by Australian hairdresser Kevin Murphy. While some have views over Paris, others, on the top floor, boast a rooftop terrace.

True to the fundamentals of lifestyle hotels, the Tribe Paris Saint-Ouen's appeal is based on contemporary design, created by Maison Malapert around a graphic theme of lines and stripes, which runs throughout the hotel.
The hotel is also organised around a social hub, the signature space of Tribe hotels. Designed for coworkingThis user-friendly 203 m2 includes a coffee-shop by day and a low-alcohol cocktail bar by night. In terms of catering, Tribe Paris Saint-Ouen combines a restaurant with a 24/7 takeaway service.
The new hotel, which is owned by Suitcase Hospitality as the Mama Shelter Rennes for example, completes the brand's French offering, which now includes five establishments, three in the Paris region plus a hotel in Le Touquet and Carcassonne. Integrated joint venture Ennismorededicated to the development of lifestyle hotels, Tribe to continue expanding this year in Bankgok, as well as in Auckland, Lyon, Singapore, Budapest, Baden-Baden, Riga and Belo Horizonte. In all, the chain plans to open around fifty establishments worldwide over the next five years.
