Air Transat has just announced that it will be offering direct flights linking Lyon to Montreal next winter. This decision transforms a seasonal flight into a permanent one between the two cities.
The airline, which operates up to one daily flight between the two cities during the summer season, will be offering three flights a week in winter.. Frequencies departing from Lyon will therefore take place every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Air Transat will use new generation aircraft of the type Airbus A321LR with a cabin offering two classes of service (Economy and Club). The aircraft feature a state-of-the-art entertainment system. The aircraft have the lowest fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions (CO2 and NOx) in their category.
Across its entire network this summer, Air Transat will have a seat offer representing 90% of its pre-Covid capacity.
