Strasbourg is a little closer to Algeria during the summer period. Until the end of August, Air France's low-cost subsidiary, Transaviaoffers three weekly flights from the Alsatian capital to Algeria.. On 4 July, the carrier inaugurated two flights a week to Algiers. Flights take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Since 5 July, the low-cost airline has also been offering a flight to Constantine. The flight takes off every Wednesday. These frequencies are scheduled until the end of August.
For its part, the Algerian company Tassili Airlines flies between Strasbourg and Oran from 6 July to 14 September. The carrier also offers two weekly flights to Algiers throughout the year (Mondays and Thursdays). ASL also operates a weekly flight to Oujda in Morocco from 6 July to 9 September.
