[Paris] Le Germain

If you're partial to the spirit and atmosphere of the seventies, there's just one place to go: Le Germain!

Chequered floors, orange sofas, aniseed green armchairs and Sophie - a gigantic statue by Xavier Veilhan whose neon yellow legs crest the ceiling... Interior designer India Mahdavi clearly had a lot of fun designing this place and the regulars are all smiles! The food is just as imaginative, but perfectly mastered: Saint-Jacques à la plancha, beef tartare, snacked chicken and chocolate fondant... The menu is short but impeccable and the service as efficient as it is discreet.
