From 1 November, Zurich airport will be offering passengers travelling on any airline in economy class the use of a lounge and privileged services as part of the service dubbed "ZRH Comfort.
The cost of the service is 49 CHF (50 euros). It includes access to ZRH Club exhibition with food and drink available, as well as a priority access to safety filters.
Reservations for ZRH Comfort can be made at the last minute on the airport website or app. Once paid, the Lounge reservation is automatically added to the boarding pass.
For breakfast, the lounge staff will offer a hot drink, croissant or muffin accompanied by muesli or yoghurt. During the day, passengers can enjoy a glass of wine or champagne, accompanied by sushi or crostini.
The airport also guarantees total booking flexibility. ZRH Comfort is available from 90 days before the date of the flight and up to the time of departure.
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before departure.. The refund will be made to the chosen method of payment within the following working days. In the event of a cancelled flight, the passenger may also cancel the ZRH Comfort retroactively at no charge. The full price will then be refunded.
