International ambitions taking shape at ITA Airways. The Italian airline is taking advantage of 2023 to speed up the construction of its long-haul network. The inauguration of flights to Washington and San Francisco ITA Airways is now taking things a step further with the inauguration of the Rome-Rio flight. The flight was officially inaugurated on 30th Octoberfrom Rio de Janeiro-Galeão airport. It will now operate every day, in Airbus A330neo.

With the inauguration of this new flight, ITA Airways now has a total of 52 destinations, including 12 intercontinental flights and 23 international routes. In addition, the airline will be able to draw on its network of partnerships, including Azul, Avianca and Aerolineas Argentinas, to extend the options available to travellers in the region.
