What will this mean for passengers and airlines? From 9th January at 14 February next year, airlines will be required to reduce the number of flights departing from Paris airports by 20%. This concerns both the hubs managed by ADP (CDG, Orly and Le Bourget) and Beauvais airport.
All in all, 16,500 flights will be cancelled during this period. According to Air France-KLMOf this figure, some 4,200 of the Group's frequencies will be affected. However, the company points out that priority will be given to long-haul routes. They should not be cancelled. All the airlines are already beginning to inform their passengers of the cancellations on the horizon.
