The top-of-the-range Radisson Blu brand has found a new place of choice for business travellers in Paris: the Triangle Tower, future iconic skyscraper of the capital rising just above the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre.
The project has been plagued by delays and controversy, but construction of the 175-metre-high tower, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architects Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron, is now well under way. When it opens in just over two years' time, Triangle will house offices and shared workspaces but also local shops, a crèche, a health centre and a cultural centre. And, as the project sponsors Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and AXA IM Alt have just announced, Radisson Blu hotel expected in 2026.
Spread over six floors and decorated by interior architects Dion & ArlesThe hotel will offer 128 rooms and suites, the latter offering balconies and all boasting spectacular views over the whole of Paris. Residents and local guests will also be able to enjoy the panoramic views from the hotel's sky bar and panoramic restaurant. Because of its location, the hotel will be aimed at a business clientele - visitors to the exhibition centre as well as occupants of the offices in the tower - including a room for executive committees.

For his part, Vincent Jean-Pierre, Managing Director of offices in France for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield - co-owner of the Viparis -sees in the conclusion of this partnership with the hotelier " a strong signal demonstrating the appeal of this iconic project" .
" Triangle will contribute to Paris' influence, support its economic development and contribute to its environmental transition thanks to its energy efficiency" he added. The tower is aiming for HQE Exceptional and BREEAM minimum Excellent certification, through extensive use of renewable energies and a focus on energy efficiency and low-carbon mobility.
