
33 is the number of destinations served by easyJet during thesummer 2024 from theairport Bordeaux. A figure that will be reached thanks to the addition of a line to a leading bleisure destination: Athens. Flights will start on 4 April and will be held on Thursday and the Sundayas announced by the airline on Tuesday.
Dimitris Fragakis, General Secretary of the Greek National Tourism Organisation, welcomed the announcement: " We are delighted to welcome the new easyJet route between Bordeaux and Athens, Greece. As France is one of our key markets, we welcome the opportunity to bring this unique Greek destination to a wider audience.".
Reginald Otten, easyJet's Deputy Managing Director for France, said: " 2.2 million passengers in Bordeaux trust us every year for their travels and reinforce our long-standing relationship with the region. We are delighted to offer them this new destination for the summer of 2024. ".
