Le Trianon: Happy birthday

Since 1910, when it was inaugurated, the Trianon Palace has always been a haven for the happy few, businessmen and diplomats alike, seduced by this green setting set against the backdrop of Versailles and a luxury that has nothing to envy of the Parisian palaces.

In terms of decoration, English architect Fiona Thompson has given the place a very contemporary touch, without detracting from the grand-century feel that gives it its charm.

From now until the end of December, chef Simone Zanoni will be offering a delicious centenary menu, a series of revisited dishes from 1910: chicken velouté, foie gras aspic, chocolate dome...
