Say 33. Odalys City has just opened a new apartment hotel in Nîmes, next to the arena and the Musée de la Romanité. A thirty-third address for this brand, launched in 2009 as an urban counterpart to the Odalys leisure establishments. Comprising 78 studio apartments and 5 two-bedroom flats, all with kitchen and office areas, this urban residence is ideally located for both leisure and business travellers, with the station just a 10-minute walk away and the new convention centre, due to open next year, just across the street.
Among its facilities, guests will find a wellness area with a whirlpool bath, hammam and fitness room, and a room opening onto a terrace where they can enjoy the sun. a new range of organic and responsible breakfasts launched this year by Odalys City and deployed in all its establishments. These include the new flagship of the long-stay brand, which opened last September in the Euromed business district of Marseille.
The third Odalys City in Marseilles after Prado Castellane and Le Dôme, this 252-studio and suite powerhouse is housed in a building designed by architect Jean Baptiste Pietri, the Porte Bleue, recognisable by its facade of white concrete vaults. Occupying the first 11 floors and topped by top-of-the-range accommodation, the Odalys City Centre Euromed is part of the the dynamic growth of the third business district of France. Hence the presence in this top-of-the-range establishment of several seminar rooms opening onto a terrace and a coworking space in its vast lobby, as well as a bar-restaurant and a wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, hammam and fitness room.
Earlier in the summer, Odalys also strengthened its offer in Le Havre with a second apartment hotel in the Docks district. After an initial address at the foot of the station opened in 2022, the brand has now moved to the Quai Colbert, opposite the Bassin Vauban, with 123 studios and flats that include an 84 m² seminar room and a coworking area for business travellers. Another development at the beginning of July last year was the Odalys City Centre Gare Angers, comprising 103 studios and 20 flats. Like the other recent openings, this aparthotel is part of the four-star Signature range.
Next year, Odalys City will continue its expansion in France in Nice, in the Grand Arenas district, with an establishment that will mark the roll-out of a new concept for both studios and communal areas. But the brand is also preparing to discover new horizons in 2025/2026. With the Duval property group as its main shareholder, Odalys benefits from its owner's network. on the African continent to prepare two openings, in Kigali and Abidjan. Alongside other development projects, Odalys will shortly be renewing its partnership with the Fédération Nationale Solidarité Femmes for a further three years, making flats available free of charge to women in need. women victims of domestic violence for stays of two to three months.
