Adagio is part of the buoyant momentum for the hotel industry. After an already excellent 2022, Europe's leading apartment hotel operator posted record results last year with an occupancy rate close to 80 %to 79 %. Benefiting in particular from the bleisure trend and more broadly from the appeal of urban residences for business and leisure travellers, the 130 establishments of the brand co-owned by Accor and Pierre&Vacances will have welcomed a total of 1.7 million customers in 2023.

A key year from every point of view, since at the same time the brand will have rethought its offering by three clearly identified rangesAdagio Access for budget accommodation, Adagio Original for mid-range accommodation and Adagio Premium for top-of-the-range accommodation. All this has been accompanied by a new visual identity which, among other communication campaigns, has taken to the seas, with Adagio sponsoring the skipper Éric Peron in the Arkea Ultim Challenge-Brest, the major non-stop single-handed round-the-world race which is currently drawing to a close.

This development of the network has also led to an increase in the range and the renovation a number of aparthotels in Paris, including the Adagio Opéra, Buttes Chaumont, La Villette, Vanves Portes de Versailles and Tour Eiffel. Close to the City and Tower Bridge, this third London establishment after those opened in Stratford and Brentford will be part of the coliving concept tested by the brand at the Adagio Original Paris Bercy. New horizons for Adagio

But Adagio is also preparing to discover new horizons with its first development in Africa this year, in Abidjanin the Marcory district.
