On the plate, precision is always the rule, with pasta cooked to the millimetre - the linguine alle vongole is one of the best in the capital - and some top Venetian specialities, such as the exquisite seppie nere con polenta - the famous cuttlefish in ink with polenta. Better still, since this summer the chef has been offering delicious cicchetti, Italian-style tapas that can be enjoyed here as in all the traditional bars of Venice, accompanied by an ombra, a glass of chilled white wine. Black pig's ham and chanterelle mushrooms, sarde in sor - sweet and sour sardines -, swordfish carpaccio... It's hard not to order them all!
