The Hoxton brand is continuing its expansion in Europe's major cities by adding a Nordic capital to its roster for the first time. Oslo is the place to be, where the brand's contemporary, city-focused ethos meets the needs of its customers. new local expectations. " In recent years, we've seen a shift among Norwegians, who are bringing home the hotel habits they've acquired on their travels abroad. They are looking for quality cuisine, a unique atmosphere and a memorable experience." said Anders Buchardt, of AB Invest, the project sponsor together with property developer Møller Eiendom.

The first international lifestyle brand to appear on the Norwegian hotel scene, the brand, supported by Ennismore and Accor, is part of the revitalisation of the Hammersborg district, which will soon be home to Norway's government institutions, grouped together in a single location. At the same time, as a key crossroads between the east and west of the city, the extension of Government Park will link the city, transforming the area into a green, car-free place. " Hammersborg, a somewhat forgotten district in the middle of the city centre, is finally getting a boost.said Andreas Jul Røsjø, CEO of Møller Eiendom. That a chain like The Hoxton should come here before Stockholm or Copenhagen says a lot about Oslo's urban development and what the city has to offer" .
