The woman who loved the company of women above all else - but who nevertheless married twice - is without doubt the most famous painter of the Art Deco period. In a neocubist style, her portraits are characterised by sensual gazes and luscious female mouths, always interpreted in bright colours. In 90 paintings and 30 drawings, the exhibition retraces the artistic career of the artist who was the muse of Parisian bohemia. Some fifty vintage photos and two films tell the story of her life, in the style of a 1930s film star.
