This has an impact on the choice of seminar venues, so it's no coincidence that more and more establishments with spas have adapted to the needs of businesses. "They don't have enough time for a full day of care, or even just half a day, and they don't want to spend more than two hours on wellness activities".adds Marion Gauthier, from the Rezidor group. "Individual treatments are still reserved for boardmeetings, with massages at the end of the day. This means we have to adapt our timetables".continues Florence Rouah. For less exclusive meetings, the thalasso experience can be as simple as an aquagym class in a seawater pool or a muscle-building session.

But well-being also involves equipping meeting rooms. The Dolce Group has placed particular emphasis on comfort during working sessions. All their meeting rooms are equipped with ergonomic chairs to prevent backache and muscular tension, the result of long meetings. Coffee breaks also incorporate the notion of well-being, with detox drinks and verrines of dietary products. "Natural light rooms are also increasingly in demand".hoteliers agree. And it's even better if they offer a pleasant view. But even if relaxation is the order of the day, the watchword remains : "work...
