The Air France group has published its 2011-2012 winter timetable, marked by lower-than-expected growth. The French airline is forecasting a slight increase in capacity compared with the 2010-2011 winter schedule (+5.1% in available seat kilometres): a figure which falls to 3.4% for the Air France-KLM group. The long-haul network bore the brunt of this limited growth (+2.6%), unlike the medium-haul network (6.2%), boosted by the "Bases Province" project launched in Marseille and by the new structure of the Amsterdam Schiphol hub.
