Two major players in travel management have just strengthened their ties and integrated their technologies. Amadeus and BCD Travel announced a new partnership in mid-May. This will enable the business travel agency to provide Cytric via Microsoft Teamsswitching to Easy.
In practical terms, this means that business travellers can manage their business trips - searching for, comparing and booking a hotel, flight or hire car - while remaining within the Microsoft Teams environment. They can also share information about their trip to optimise the collaborative approach. Like Cytric Easy's Share My Transfer feature, which enables colleagues to share travel to and from an airport.
