The French exception no longer holds: strangely absent from the Paris scene, the W chain of the Starwood Hotels & Resorts group will be making its debut in the capital next February. The new Parisian W is due to open on 14 February near the Opéra Garnier, on rue Meyerbeer, in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.th arrondissement. Business travellers will have access to some 91 rooms, including 20 suites, in a fashionable atmosphere already proudly displayed by the brand in its four other European establishments.
