Finding a parking space could not be easier for the Galia Group. Not for its employees, but for its hotels. After recently transforming a car park and an office building into a five-star hotel - The Foundation - in the XVIIe Paris arrondissement, this family property group is applying the same recipe in Pantin. A royal road in garages that led it to convert a former car park dating from the 1950s in a four-star establishment entrusted to the contemporary Tribe brand. This is Galia's second partnership with this Accor Group brand, following the opening of Tribe Paris Clichy in June 2024.
Designed by Vincent Parreira of AAVP Architecture, the project has retained part of the original car park and elements of the old structure, reintegrated into a programme with sustainable ambitions, with Green Key certification expected for the hotel. Located a stone's throw from the Canal de l'Ourcq and the town hall, the Tribe Paris Pantin now boasts sober architecture with an industrial feel, set around a 335 m² landscaped garden.
The hotel is part of the city's dynamic development by opening up to the neighbourhood through its restaurant, which is separate from the reception area and offers cuisine inspired by contemporary trattorias. The Tribe bar is also a place for socialising. As for local professionals, as well as coming to lunch at the hotel, they will also be able to work there. in the hotel's nerve centre, its Social Hub.
