Frequent travellers to Thailand will soon have to rethink their flight plans. Air France is preparing to cut back on flights between Paris-CDG and Bangkok, which is now considered a leisure destination rather than a business destination. This new strategy will have a direct impact on the offer dedicated to frequent travellers, since the French airline's offer will be reduced to 42 business seats per week, compared with 35 at present. In addition to this new aircraft configuration - effective from 2 May with the adoption of a B777-300ER - the frequency of the Paris-Bangkok routes will also bear the brunt of this new policy: from 25 March, three flights a week will be offered by Air France between the French and Thai capitals, instead of one daily service at present.
