Surabaya, Indonesia's second city, will soon welcome its first Citadines Apart'hotel: the Citadines Marvell Surabaya, based in the Ngagel business district. The establishment will have 288 flats, ranging from studios to two- and three-room flats, with fully-equipped kitchens, bathrooms and separate work areas. The autonomy offered to travellers should enable the residence to attract business customers in a dynamic destination, including the meetings and incentives (MICE) market. The arrival of the Citadines Marvell Surabaya is accompanied by other openings for the Ascott group in Indonesia: the Citadines Kuta Bali and the Citadines Rasuna Jakarta will open this year, followed by the Ascott Kuningan Jakarta in 2013 and the Somerset Kencana Jakarta in 2014.
