Kingfisher sinks into crisis: pilots strike

Nothing is going well for Kingfisher, which had to cancel around forty flights on Monday following a strike by its pilots. Their grievance: late payment of wages, which is further evidence of the economic turbulence experienced by the Indian carrier. Already rejected at the last minute by the Onewrold alliance at the beginning of the year, Kingfisher has also seen the end of its agreement with its Indian partner, Jet Airways.
