The GBTA strengthens its links with German business travellers

The GBTA continues to expand internationally: the German Verband Deutsches Reisemanagement (VDR) recently became a full member of the international business travel association.

The GBTA and VDR had the opportunity to try out their agreement for a year, as part of a test phase, which is now leading to a more concrete integration of the German association within the GBTA network, planned for the long term. Paul Tilstone, head of GBTA Europe, was delighted with the move, which "demonstrates that the Germans can clearly see the value of being part of the GBTA family in Europe and around the world".
