This week, the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) officially launched a new structure in Russia. The association's arrival on the Russian market is supported by a number of key contacts, including representatives of Star Alliance and Marriott International. The hotel chain will host the association's official launch ceremony on April 8, during which the local managers of GBTA Russia will be appointed. "Russia is fast becoming an important and stimulating area for the travel management sector," says Paul Tilstone, Vice-Chairman of the GBTA, who will be in Paris on Thursday for the KDS Now event.
