The agreement made official on 1er The agreement signed last February with Constellation, owner of the property previously operated by Concorde, will enable the American hotel operator to double its offer in France with the arrival of 1,724 additional rooms. In Paris, where the American group already had three establishments, the Concorde Lafayette is preparing to change its identity and become the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile. The Hôtel du Louvre, meanwhile, is set to keep its name, but will come under the Andaz banner. The other two new Hyatt addresses are to be found on the Côte d'Azur, and here again the establishments are renowned: the Palais de la Méditerranée in Nice and the famous Hôtel Martinez in Cannes will be rebranded as Hyatt Regency and Grand Hyatt respectively. The group's managers, who are delighted with this development in "a difficult market", have already planned renovation work in each of the establishments, which will be open to bookings from April 2013.
