Appart City is slowly but surely approaching the milestone of 70 urban residences in France, confirming its position as leader in the urban hotel residence segment. Four new establishments have been added to the portfolio, bringing the total to 67 residences.
In Marseille, the new Appart'City is located in the Euroméditerranée district and offers 216 furnished flats for 1 to 4 people. In Narbonne, the brand offers 123 flats for 1 to 6 people, close to the TGV station and a short walk from the historic quarter. In Niort, the new 104-apartment residence is located in the town centre, a stone's throw from Place de la Brèche. Finally, Appart'City has also opened 107 flats near Orléans station.
