And that's two! On 15 May, the Kempinski Group opened a new business hotel in Shanghai, based in the Lujiazui financial district in Pudong. Operated since February 2010 by Spain's Melia, the new Gran Meliá Hotel Shanghai brings Kempinski's portfolio in China to 18. In addition to its 678 rooms ranging in size from 43 to 245 m², the hotel offers a range of facilities dedicated to business customers, including an Executive Lounge. There are also four restaurants, a fitness centre and a spa.
